About Dr. G. Cleve Pilot
Dr. G. Cleve Pilot is a visionary leader with 27 years of dedicated service in education. His remarkable career in education and counseling has equipped him with unique insights into the struggles and triumphs of young people. Dr. Pilot currently serves as the Director of Career and Technical Education, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles as a principal, assistant principal, and school counselor. His background also includes valuable experience as a mental health and vocational rehabilitation school-based counselor, underscoring his commitment to supporting students’ well-being and career development.
Dr. Pilot’s academic journey is a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, followed by two Master’s degrees—in Rehabilitation Counseling and School Counseling. He furthered his expertise with an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Supervision. His qualifications are further enhanced by obtaining the prestigious National Board Certification for K-12 School Counseling, Career and Technical Education Director’s Certification, Superintendent Certification, and Global Career Development Facilitator’s Certification.
In addition to his educational and administrative accomplishments, Dr. Pilot is a published author, motivational speaker, and educational consultant known for his impactful insights, dynamic presentations and standard operating procedures strategies. His extensive experience and multifaceted expertise make him a leading voice in educational leadership, dedicated to empowering both students and educators to achieve their fullest potential.
